SETTLE OVER SOUTH TEXAS THIS EVENING. THE COMBINATION OF CLEAR
SKIES...LIGHT WINDS AND VERY DRY AIR WILL CAUSE TEMPERATURES TO
FALL RAPIDLY TONIGHT. LOWS WILL DIP TO NEAR FREEZING BY SUNRISE
FRIDAY MORNING...ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS.
